Product Description
Lube oil ADL500 is the specialists of Central South University, combined with actual production, according to long time experiment , R&D for aluminium and aluminium alloy continuous casting (aluminium ingot casting and billet casting )High quality formula special lube, compare with plant oil have more stronger adhesion .
ADL500 can protect the surface of the casting , and improve the quality of the platform surface of the Aluminum alloy billets and billets with high oxidation resistance and easy peeling of surface . Under continuous lubrication , keep the casting from suffering , and form a protective film on the surface of the ingot casting and billet casting .
Characters and advantage
Compare with the Mineral oil and rapeseed oil ,it with high magnetic and viscosity ,can greatly reduce the amount of lube
■Widely used for any aluminum alloy
■Can supply lube by hands or automatic supply to oil pump
■High viscosity index (viscosity varies with temperature)
■mould easy to be cleaned after the casting
■compared with the Grease Graphite mixture , with Little water pollution
■Low evaporation rate, no harmful fumes
■ Flash point High (>260℃
■Protection of mold and mold bottom & surface from oxidation
■To improve the quality of casting billets and bars surface
Application
Because of the fluidity of ADL500 ,during the casting ,the bars or ingot can be lubricated continuously, especially for the over 5 meters long productions . The lube can be pour into through gravity or pump . This lube especially suit with the casting system which have continuous lubrication function of the aluminum casting like Wagstaff/Novelis/Almex and est
