We designed and developed 3 style of Lardge size Hard alloy billet mould for Light Alloy Research Institute of Central South University . They are Φ850mm /1200mm and Φ1360mm . While Φ1360mm  is  the  lardgest size of hard alloy billet mould in the world . Our lardgest  size of hard alloy billet mould can reach to Φ1380mm . It creates conditions for R & D of rocket forging ring materials of more than Φ10m ;  With the advanced "aluminum melt ultrasonic Oscillation technology" of the central South University, the φ1250mm hard alloy round bar  produced by the φ1200mm billet casting , have been successfully forged to φ9.2m the rocket forged ring material and have been successfully validated by the aeronautical materials at all levels and obtained a very high evaluation for the Institute of Light Alloys. Aerospace light alloy ring component research and Development center "laid a solid foundation.
